Product Availability, Pricing and Customize
If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently out of stock, add it to your favorites or please contact us. We will email you when the item is back in stock. In some cases, we get so many orders that the item is out of stock before we can update the site. In that case, we will personally contact you and help you find another item.
Rarely, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or human errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur which may result in the closing of the item for sale. We will not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. In the event of a major error, we reserve the right to withdraw an item for sale. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Settings without center stones
Our settings are available for purchase with or without a center stone. Custom Designs We want you to be excited about finding your perfect diamond. If you can not find that perfect diamond in our inventory, use our Special Order form to request the exact diamond you want, or call us and speak to a diamond and jewelry expert at 1-866-844-9152. See your perfect diamond before we set it Before we set your diamond, we will send the diamond to you after you have purchased it. Once you are satisfied, send it back to us and we will create your custom ring for you. We'll pay for the shipping charges for delivery of your diamond, and your finished ring. Ring Size
If the ring your purchased from us does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive it.
Build Your Dream Jewelry
We can create your custom designed jewelry. Simply send us your phone number and a drawing of your design to contact@pricepointshop.com with detailed dimensions from multiple angles. When we receive your drawing, we will contact you to finalize any details. Through this service, we can create your one of a kind jewelry.
Diamonds, Gemstones, and Metal Information
About Diamonds and Jewelries Total Weight
On the PricePointShop Web site, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible based on the information received from our manufacturers so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
For items containing multiple diamonds or gemstones, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean. Please note that the total carat weight (ctw) of diamond solitaire pieces may vary from the listed carat weight by .01 to .05 carat. The total weight of multiple diamond gemstone pieces may vary between .01 to .05 carat from the listed carat weight.
For any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process. We certify that your jewelry purchase is made with authentic gold or platinum with genuine diamonds and/or gemstones as per the quality promised by PricePointShop.
Gem Color Enhancements
Precious and semi-precious gems
Most natural precious and semiprecious gemstones are treated or enhanced to intensify color, diminish imperfections, and improve durability. Explained below are the most common and accepted treatments for different types of colored gemstones.
Oiling
Oiling is an ancient process that is used to enhance the clarity of emeralds. Oil is applied to the emerald and seeps into naturally caused fissures that reach the stone's surface. Aside from improving clarity, this process may prevent brittleness. Generally, oil treatment does not provide permanent results, and may need to be reapplied every few years. Special care is required for cleaning, repairing, or mounting oiled stones.
Heating
Heating is a widely accepted enhancement process that is used to treat rubies, sapphires, amber, aquamarine, amethyst, citrine, tiger eye, tanzanite, topaz and tourmaline. This treatment improves the transparency of the stone and enhances its color. Since heat generally produces permanent results, heated stones do not need follow-up treatments.
Diffusion
Diffusion is a method that is occasionally used on sapphires. During treatment, a colorless sapphire is coated with a compound of titanium oxide and is exposed to heat. This enhances and/or changes the color of the stone and generally does not require special follow-up treatments.
Irradiation
Irradiation is a type of heat treatment that is often used on loose diamonds and gemstones. Irradiated stones do not require special care under normal conditions, but in some enhanced color stones, if the irradiated stone is heated to 150 °C or more, its color can change.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card information over the internet, please call us at 1-866-844-9152. when you are at the shopping cart and we will continue your purchase.
PayPal
If you prefer PayPal, we accept PayPal payments. You can also use PayPal to pay using a credit card. Please note that orders over $250 can only be shipped to PayPal confirmed addresses.
Checks
Personal checks, money orders and cashier checks can also be used for payment. There may be a slight delay when paying for your purchase with a check. Once your Check or Money Order is cleared, your item will be shipped. Please include a copy of the item detail page and your phone number with your check or money order to speed up processing. There is a slight chance that the item you want to order may become out of stock when we receive your check. To avoid this, please call us at 1-866-844-9152. so we can reserve the item for you when you mail us your check.

Shipping Method
Credit Cards
All items will be shipped with insurance for the full value of the order. This is included in the Shipping Costs.
Carriers
All of our merchandise ship from the United States. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx. Shipping methods can be upgraded depending on your order. Please visit the Domestic Shipping or International Shipping page for more details.
Upgrading Shipping

Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send your tracking information to your e-mail and to your account. If you do not receive this information after 24 hours of submitting your payment, please Contact Us.
Returns and Refunds
PricePointShop.com will accept the return of new, undamaged merchandise, in original condition, with the following provisions:

Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1-866-844-9152, or send us an online Inquiry to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be referenced on paperwork accompanying your return, and must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipment date in original condition, in the original packaging and with the security tag intact. All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and original shipping papers. The RMA number must appear where indicated on the shipping document and written on the outside of the package; please indicate reference for refund or exchange where indicated.

All Returns must be shipped to the address indicated in the RMA instructions.

All returned merchandise will be inspected by PricePointShop.com prior to issuance of refunds or exchanges.

The full price of the return item will be refunded, EXCLUDING shipping, insurance, duties, or any other charges.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Diamond returns must be accompanied by the original matching or identifying grading report, along with the original warranty document. Should the diamond grading report or warranty document not be included with the merchandise.

Custom work, special orders (including rings that have been resized), personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is an error on the part of PricePointShop.com. Shipping costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to PricePointShop.com error, or when PricePointShop.com has confirmed the merchandise is defective.
If the item is defective or not as ordered, the customer has the option of requesting a refund or an exchange for the purchase. PricePointShop.com will provide service and repair to any jewelry that it sells. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions concerning repairs or alterations. PricePointShop.com will not be responsible for any repairs or alterations made by any outside party without the prior consent of PricePointShop.com. Any alteration made without consent voids any warranties, including the 30 day refund policy. No refunds will be made for any repair work undertaken by a third party.
